Victoria Club, Holmes Chapel is 2025 Branch Club of the Year.
The Macclesfield & East Cheshire Branch Club Of The Year for 2025 is the Victoria Club in Holmes Chapel. Situated on Victoria Avenue, south of the village centre, just off the A50, London Road, this is not the first time that the club has won this award.
Known as “The Vic”, the club is welcoming to all, member or not, and typically offers three cask beers, with two from Arclid-based Merlin and Doom Bar available also. These are kept in excellent condition by the enthusiastic bar team. It’s good to see a club that supports a local brewery.
The Vic has a significant community focus with events throughout the year, such as summer fairs and a November bonfire. There is provision to show various televised sporting events, including Premier League football. There are also rooms that can be hired for specific functions and a variety of sports take place at the club, including, cricket, tennis, bowls, snooker, pool and darts.
Come and join us on Saturday 12th July from 1:30pm for the presentation of the award and see for yourself what a great facility The Vic is for those living in and around Holmes Chapel.
