Real Cider & Perry

CAMRA has produced a revised definition of real cider and perry to reflect the current practices and processes of cider and perry makers across the UK. The focus now is on cider and perry that is #NotFromConcentrate. There are a couple of other Real Cider producers who are based just outside our branch area: High Peak Cider based in Furness Vale and Dunham Apples based in Dunham Massey.
